The RLR team worked on behalf of the borrower, a Dallas based investment firm, to secure the non-recourse, ten-year loan with favorable terms through one of its CMBS relationships.

“The borrower acquired this asset in 2005 as a vacant former K-Mart box. The RLR team represented the buyer, a Dallas based investment group with additional real estate holdings in the San Antonio area.
Completed in 2015 as a spec development, the property was 95% vacant at the time of purchase. The subject is located minutes from the South Texas Medical Center, providing great street visibility and easy access to a heavily trafficked intersection. Situated on approximately 3.5 acres at 8554 Huebner Road, in the San Antonio Medical Center, the property location is prime for additional medical users.
The RLR team member representing the buyer was company president Chance Johnson. The seller was represented by Stefan Lagmark, managing principal, of Alamo Brokers of Texas.
