Chance is the founding partner of RLR Real Estate. With a focus on acquisitions and capital markets, Chance brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the company. Chance began his career with Ernst & Young/Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group (EY/KL) in Dallas as a Senior Auditor/Consultant. Later, he joined the Henry S. Miller Companies, the oldest and largest independently owned real estate company in the state of Texas, where he handled acquisitions, capital structuring, dispositions and oversight of asset management and client relations for the company portfolio. Chance departed HSM to open a Texas office for IH Capital, the former securitized lending arm of BNY Mellon, where he handled originations for the southern U.S. Additional duties included regional marketing, local office management and due diligence to close. Chance is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an active Real Estate Broker license in the State of Texas.Managing Director

Previously, he was Director of Large Loan Origination at Deutsche Bank Securities, Executive Director and Global Head of Origination at UBS Securities, Executive Vice President and Head of Wholesale Lending for GMAC, Executive Director at Remsen Partners and Senior Accountant at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with degrees in finance and accounting and became a Certified Public Accountant.

With a combined 50+ years of capital markets experience, the RLR team can properly identify the best solutions for our clients’ transactional needs. The partners at RLR maintain a vast network of long term relationships with permanent, bridge, construction and mezz lenders, many of whom are former colleagues. Our capital provider network includes national, regional and local lenders. RLR leverages these long-term relationships for the benefit of our clients.
